About me

I am accredited ICF (ACC) experienced coach with a Professional Coach Diploma at ICF Level 2. While  I have a law degree I have never practised law, instead spending two decades within legal regulation and professional bodies in England & Wales, and Scotland as a senior executive leader and now CEO.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I am committed to upholding the ICF Code of Ethics in my coaching practice where I work with individuals and organisations. Together, we look to unlock growth potential through coaching, drive meaningful cultural change through my consultancy, and embed inclusive strategies that create high-performing, psychologically safe workplaces through learning.

You can listen to more about me in an interview with The Autism Mums Podcast in 2026 here.

“ I have spent my career working to create vibrant, inclusive workplaces where every voice is heard. I bring that purpose and safe space to my coaching practice.”

As an experienced coach and senior leader in the legal and regulatory sector, I understand the complexities of balancing personal challenges with demanding workplaces, while leading diverse teams and developing practical, results-driven strategies that foster inclusion and long-term success.

How I Can Help You

I specialise in executive coaching, leadership development, and DEI consultancy, helping people and businesses create environments where all individuals regardless of background, neurotype, or identity can thrive.

For Individuals

Whether you’re an executive, an emerging leader, starting your career, stuck in the middle of one, or a neurodivergent professional, my one-on-one coaching is all about unlocking your unique strengths. Together, we’ll overcome challenges and set you on the path to reaching your full potential.

For Organisations

I work directly with senior leaders to break down barriers and build cultures that welcome every voice. By designing inclusive leadership strategies, I help create workplaces where diverse, engaged teams drive success.

My Approach

As someone who is neurodivergent, a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and the first in my family to earn a university degree, I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities in life.
