Coaching supervision
My neuroaffirmative coaching supervision integrates emotionally intelligence with practical frameworks, helping coaches support their clients to work with their brains, not against them.

WHY EMBRACING AUTHENTICITY MATTERS
I do not think in straight lines, I believe you solve problems with a different way of thinking than which created them, and when we embrace diversity of thought, creativity and non-linear thinking we grow.
You achieve this by being your authentic self, removing the mask, allowing others to bring their true identities to the conversation and removing barriers to different.
About PAUL
My career success masks an underlying private struggle, something many individuals identify with. I bring this lived experience to my work to create safe spaces, and I coach because I love working with others to help them grow to their potential. I know how it feels to be different, not fit in, question your place at the table and mask your authentic self. It took years of challenge and my own journey as a coaching client to change that around to become happy, content and openly me.

Feedback from a coaching supervision client
I have been fortunate to work with Paul as my coach supervisor. His expertise in ADHD coaching is sophisticated and nuanced, and he has a gift for helping me see my clients, and my practice, through a clearer, more informed lens. His questioning is precise and thought-provoking, and he creates a space that is both psychologically safe and appropriately challenging. I always leave our sessions with greater insight, fresh perspectives, and tangible ways to better serve my ADHD clients. Paul is a committed, high-calibre supervisor and I recommend him without hesitation.
Feedback from a coaching client
Our sessions became something I genuinely looked forward to, and I left each one feeling completely re-energised, even when my motivation had been low beforehand. It also quickly became clear that Paul listened closely and paid attention to things I said, circling back to them or examining my choice of phrases and language, not to try and catch me out, but as a way of understanding how my brain was working and the narrative I was telling myself.

Frequently Asked Question
Who is coaching for?
Executive coaching presents a unique opportunity for individuals to enhance their personal and professional development through a deeper understanding of how their brain operates.
By engaging in this transformative process, individuals can learn to harness their executive functioning abilities, optimise decision-making, and self-advocacy confidence.
Coaching is for clients seeking to cultivate self-awareness, enabling them to recognise and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours more effectively.
What can I expect from the first consultation?
This is an informal getting to know each other stage, where we’ll ask you to tell me about you, what you want to be different and anything else you consider relevant.
We will then explain what we can offer and how it would work before giving you the space to reflect on whether you consider this to be a match.
There is no hard selling whatsoever.
How can coaching help with hybrid/remote working?
During coaching, you’ll be asked a series of curious questions to help you establish what you are seeking to achieve, along with offering different perspectives to see how your approach would work for others.
Switching from in-person to remote or hybrid working requires a different approach to management and leadership, but get it right and it can lead to increased performance and happier teams.
How are sessions delivered and what is the commitment?
Sessions are online and we would agree on how many to book depending on what you are trying to achieve.
